A couples reference sheet for Pat and David Hoang. On the right, Pat, a deerfly/horsefly anthropomorphic hybrid, gives a Vulcan salute. She is primarily yellowish with brown and orange accents. She's fat, with most of the accumulation on her stomach, arms, and insect abdomen, and she "winks" at the viewer with her pseudopupils. Her large compound eyes are a combination of red, green and blue. She's got tattered wings, and her lower arms are rubbing against each other as a stim. She is wearing cargo shorts and a green T-shirt, with a pin that says "ASK ME ABOUT FOSS". On the left, David, a human, walks on his toes. He's got a rather lean build, a square jaw, and he's got an open-mouth smile. He has his long, salt-and-pepper black hair in a crazy-looking half-perm with frosted tips, and his lightly wrinkled face is adorned with non-prescription shades. He's wearing... A reference sheet for a horsefly maggot and human hybrid creature named lil' Jason. The infobox reads: sexless, ID as boy [transgender flag]. He loves model ships, mud, and nutrients. He hates tacky clothing and homework. In all images he is of varying sizes and ages. In all, he is tube-shaped, with a conical fleshy face that has a humanoid mouth and nose. Each segment has retractable nodules that help him grip to aquatic substrates. One eye is white with a black pseudopupil and the other is a wet dark brown eye. He has shortened, fat limbs. In one image, he is six months old with a pink bow and sucking on a bottle containing river sludge and baby formula. In another, he is six years old and wearing a Commodore shirt. In the main one, he is twelve , 4'7", and wearing a colorful hat and an MS-DOS shirt. He is holding a stick, and speaking from a siphon at the end of his maggot abdomen: "let's beat each other with sticks for fun." Another photo shows him just hatched and laying prone with barely-opened eyes. His arms have the "bread roll" fat accumulation that babies tend to have, and he wears a small lavender courtesy cap on the tip of his abdomen. Two anthropomorphic flies perform a simultaneous friendly hand-clasp and fist bump with their two pairs of arms. The fly on the left is a hoverfly (Toxomerus geminatus) and the fly on the right resembles a blue housefly (Musca sp.) with cyan striping and red eyes. The background is a split lesbian and trans flag to represent the identity of the left (cis butch) and right (trans man) fly.
