For Leo/Chase specifically, apart from the two you've mentioned, there aren't too many, but the first 4 or so chapters of "In the Voice of Everything, A Word" are quite sweet, but it kind of flies off the deep end at around chapter 5 or 6

Oh really? I would've said the opposite! I'm only really aware of 2 fics where Chase stays, and even then, one of them is my own, and the other has a kind of depressing ending. Do you know of many others? I'd love to read them haha
