Energy | greaterglow on ao3 🪐 On his first mission as a newly knighted Jedi, a journey into the underworld puts Suguru to the test. · #jjk #satosugu · 6.8k words, oneshot, rated M · action + angst abound in Star Wars typical shenanigans · Star Wars AU read: archiveofourown.org/works/65315062

They’d always been together. They’d been together before they’d been together, though they hadn’t realised it at the time. Soon, the Council would send them on individual missions, dispatching them to planets on opposite sides of the galaxy, putting more lightyears between them than ever before.

Even if Satoru was always with him, he wasn’t really with him. Not enough for Suguru to cover his six, deflecting a blaster bolt to save Satoru's skin when he neglected to watch his back. If this was a taste of things to come? Tearing himself to pieces worrying about Satoru because he refused to worry about himself?

Stars help him. And stars help Satoru, too.

Where the kriff was he?

Or, on his first mission as a newly knighted Jedi, a journey into the underworld puts Suguru to the test.

+ feeling of "something bad might happen" and it kinda does when he goes away from the mirror but the reflection STAYS, as if it shows his other (true?) self being trapped 🧎 AND when later the mirror falls on the floor and somehow doesn't shatter, he breaks it himself? *sigh* idols and mirrors, man

fafel 💫 @arsvixen.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

AAAHH im glad you like it 🥹💜 and about the frame i chose,, oh god there's just something about idols gazing at a mirror that just gets to me, you know? the fact that in this particular frame of MV the mirror is shaking gives me a vibe of doubts and insecurities as well as this ominous ++

the physical barrier of infinity is a distraction from the metaphor. in practical terms, suguru is just as untouchable as satoru. they're the only people who can hurt each other and they're both freaks in a fight. from this we can deduce: satosugu is a painslut 4 painslut ship thanks for listening
