It’s 2025 & I’m still trying to figure out how fireworks are still a thing. If you witness something go BOOM & make sparkly colors once, how does it keep fascinating you? They’re awful for people with PTSD, proven bad for wildlife &, quite frankly, they aggravate the hell out of everyone around you

This doesn’t fix anything at all with the economy & it doesn’t create jobs. In fact, it calls for the USFS to continue to cut jobs. It will, however, pollute the waters & the air, kill wildlife & drastically reduce endangered species & biodiversity. www.wilderness.org/articles/pre...

You can almost hear some photos. State bird of 6 states, including Montana, this Western Meadowlark (Sturnella neglecta) was caught mid-song on a crystal clear morning. #bird 🪶 #nature #wildlife

Ever vigilant. With an eye to the sky & an ear to the forest. Great Gray Owls are always so fascinating to observe. I’m grateful each time I see them #owl #nature #wildlife

A large gray & white owl looks up & to the left, perfectly showing half of its facial disc face.
