There's a reason for that. We also had SIX Greatest Generation presidents (JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Ford, Carter, and Reagan) and only one Silent Generation president (Biden). The Greatest Generation was twice the size of the Silent Generation, just as the Baby Boom is twice the size of Gen-X. 👇

Fortunately, I am in the best of hands. My Radiation Oncologist Hubby is once again serving as my healthcare concierge (every American should have one.) Plus I am in my lifetime best emotional state to be dealing with it. My trauma-related childhood defense mechanisms are largely in abeyance. 👇

The angiogram showed significant blockages (up to 90%) in the three major and one secondary arteries servicing the heart. Fortunately, we caught this before a crisis so no overt damage to the heart plus blood flow OUT of the heart looks good. Which makes me a great candidate. 👇

And, yes, I am having CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft), delightfully pronounced "Cabbage," a week from tomorrow. A routine visit to my Endocrinologist in early April turned up a wonky heart beat. Subsequent EKG and Stress Test were likewise wonky. That led to a cardiac cath early last week. 👇
