No, that's for the official FPKG files. The PHU a53 Kraken FPKG format, which doesn't require installation, is still under development.

just to tell you that I am still working on the projects, it is a little more difficult than I think to have full speed I am currently limited to 1.8GB/sc in decompression instead of the native 22GB/s (Sony figure). so I'm not satisfied

Anyone in France or the EU with a PS5 console (version 2.xx) needs it for research. I'm willing to trade a 4.03 console with cash.

This is an FPKG without the installation; trophies are managed by Kstuff and PlayGo as well. All that's left is to manage the native APR, and it's better than FPKGs.

ArkSama (Playstation Hacker United - PHU ) @arksama.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

No, FPKGs are a format with an installation container that requires a lot of work from the security system, ultimately for nothing, because you still have to install the game, etc.

I think it will work, but I've never managed to get AP emu working on my 9.40. You'll have to tell me if it works.

281

ArkSama (Playstation Hacker United - PHU ) @arksama.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

This means that APR games won't work. I've disabled the option because I'm still developing it. I'm going to release an alpha version just for games without APR so you can test them.

First test in 7.61 firmware with Quake 2 youtu.be/Bv41pJd7az8 I will probably release the non-native APR version in the meantime, as the native APR is still under development.

I can't say for sure, but what's certain is that it will work up to version 9.60. After that, we'll have to port it, but for that, there's BestPig Echo Stretch and IdleSauce to do that or improve the project.

120

ArkSama (Playstation Hacker United - PHU ) @arksama.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

3.xx 9.xx After these firmware updates, the porting will be more difficult, but it should work. It's a bit like the porting of Kstuff back in the day.
