the people love the binah x gebura art... there will be more after the OC stuff I'm doing next. I have so many ideas I wanna do for them, and still have that comic to finish too..

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

first OC I've made that's just intended to be fun to draw rather than an existing character from the world I'm working on. really fun!! I wanna do more

I fell off from beast master so hard after hitting the levelling grind wall but I had to come back and get this fuckass title before the fights get nerfed lol

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

being able to draw whatever niche ship or characters I want genuinely feels like a super power

started drawing an illustration after a week of hand study, hands looking great! I then immediately sketch in literally the most chopped faces I've ever drawn. the lab never ends

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

okay fine I'll lab some hands.. everything I want to draw has hands.. literally and figuratively

painting backgrounds has convinced me to give thick style painting another shot for character graphics, will give it a try next week + some landscapes

I now understand why character design comms can reach >$1000, I'm very tired

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

I'm finally free to get back into art in a couple weeks time so hopefully its understandable to wanna focus my own stuff when I do! (these past few weeks have been torture I am losing my mind)

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

really wanted to do art fight this year since it sounded fun, but I think my backlog of projects and learning and OC stuff is just wayyyy too big, realistically I'm gonna have to skip it

010

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

the comic is coming, I've just been completely k-holed by ffxiv housing the past 2 weeks I'll be dead honest LMFAO

"this weekend" good joke. turns out drawing a few pages and multiple panels takes a while and needs research. really fun though, done when its done

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

The schedule might be tough, but I will try and make a short yuri comic this weekend 😌

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2 months until I can finally mainline submerging myself in art learning but it feels like an eternity away

going away for a week so figured I'd share 'something' since I'm still a ways off sharing the bigger stuff. bringing my tablet with me but don't think I'll have much time for it

020

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 07/03/2026

As of last night I have finally, actually, properly retired from raiding after nearly 11 years (started in gordias). Spent a lot of time today reminiscing. From being scouted in a ravana ex run when I didn't know what an opener was, to 16 hour days FRU prog. This is something I love and am good at.

I finished some art again (and quickly!) and I felt joy flood back into my life. no posting for a bit though, still organising things

020

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 24/02/2026

Literally my #1 root problem is just not being able to draw as much as I want to, every issue I'm having can be traced back to 'drawing more would help this a lot' so if I can solve this then I'll be so much better off. A finished illust every 1~2 weeks is not even remotely cutting it.

010

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 24/02/2026

No art to share for a bit but I'm working on things behind the scenes that should hopefully give me more time to draw frequently (also working out how to share my OC writing)

010

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 16/02/2026

jumping between horror and yuri is probably gonna be really jarring art-wise, but my goal is to convince people that its actually a goated combo.

010

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 16/02/2026

y'know, I learnt a lot drawing lesbian smut for a while LMAO but style-wise I want to lean grittier, less 'soft and clean', next stuff might be different in more ways than one, leaning away from anime-style and trying painterly stuff again.

Arjilla 🩸 Comms Open! @arjilla.bsky.social · 02/01/2026

See?? I'm nice, pure of heart, can draw cute things DONT SCROLL DOWN
