So, with the Dist Ct, 9th Circuit and SCOTUS all denying stays on Judge Silver's Order to appoint Annette Chambers-Smith as receiver while the appeal is pending, her appt becomes effective near the end of this month. Oral argument in the 9th Cir will be on Dec. 7.

NEW: Pima County reports they have already received 374 voted ballots back! Military/overseas citizens' (UOCAVA) ballots went out last Thurs., and they received many back "within hours", according to Recorder Gabriella Cazares Kelly. (This past Saturday was legal deadline for sending.)

I do not think this should be described as an "outcome". As I indicated in the article, it is a temporary step. ICE was skipping an Environmental Assessment, and this stip forces them to go through that process before moving on, while only pausing the lawsuit.
