I was doing the donut tutorial for blender again for the newest version to try and actually finish it this time, but I got distracted by another tutorial in my recommended videos. While I keep getting sidetracked from doing the donut, behold: tree

The third piece I did this year. The seagull (named Tammy) belongs to liv_ on #Artfight The dragon (Kubby) belongs to @dragongutted.bsky.social

The first two attacks I did, I can't find their Bluesky socials. The goo dragon (Gummy) belongs to DragonTurtleMax on Twitter/X The other guy (just called "Weird thing that I created" for now) belongs to Jollymallonie on ArtFight

Man, I really wanted to do more for ArtFight this year but that stupid work injury and WC had me busy for the last almost 3 months trying to get treated. The attacks I have done will be posted shortly, I just gotta go find people's socials to make sure I can tag them.

MLP has been coming up in my youtube recommended, so I did a doodle of dragon pony

There's a good chance that if I have more spare time in the near future, I'm gonna very likely make more art of my dragon girl but in the style of different fandoms to see what she would look like in the different worlds. Let's see if I can get more motivation to draw~

It took me most of the day to finish, but I've got a new reactive image of my #sona to use on stream! I may still use the other 3d anime models every now and again, but this will be a nice change from those~ #art #dragon

It's been... *looks at last post* 4 months since I said I was feeling creative? I mean, I was but I couldn't finish anything I tried starting because so many games had come out or had updates and I got sidetracked hella hard ;u; Uh... Anyways I actually redesigned my #fursona finally~

Arina Flare @arinaflare.bsky.social · 07/10/2025

I've been feeling super creative lately, mostly about writing. I've had a book idea I've been stuck on for a while that I want to dive back into, and maybe even start writing my own DnD horror stories to submit to people like CritCrab. Good times may be ahead. Now if I can stop being sick.

Art Fight was a ton of fun this year, and I was happy to be able to participate more than I did last year. Everyone did absolutely wonderful work on everything that they did 💜 Here's what I did for Team Fossils

Arina Flare @arinaflare.bsky.social · 02/06/2025

Art fight is coming up fast. I need to finish a new ref sheet for an old oc, maybe revamp ones I have that are currently on there, maybe dig out a few more old ones for variety. Or maybe I could finish my hybrid WoF character at some point too. Many options.

Played a game of REPO in a public lobby last night and I think there might have been a desync issue..? Either way, we got money for days lol

I just got to the part that Cricket gets introduced and I'm in love with this nerd. Now I am inspired to make myself a Hive/Rainwing hybrid OC #wingsoffire #sketch

Arina Flare @arinaflare.bsky.social · 20/04/2025

I've realized that I never showed the full #sketch page I've done trying to figure out the Krelene design, anatomy and movement. Silly little noodles.

"Come on, Clover, *smile*~" My #dnd rogue would absolutely stab someone for making her play dress-up for Easter. A bored little #doodle while I'm stuck at work for a couple more hours

I love looking through my childhood Pokemon cards. I may not have the 1st edition stuff (since we didn't know it was a thing back then), but I do still find nice stuff hiding in the binder.

Why are there always so many different strats that people argue about which is best? I know there's multiple ways to do the mechanics and PF is going to settle on one strat, maybe two, within the next few weeks because of optimizing DPS. But really. Don't make things difficult

Arina Flare @arinaflare.bsky.social · 04/04/2025

The urge to draw my #dnd warlock is strong. I've drawn her familiar but because I suck with humanoid anatomy I've put it off. The sketchbook may be pulled out when I get off of work.

Arina Flare @arinaflare.bsky.social · 04/04/2025

Character development in Strixhaven is going to be happening quick, and it's just the end of freshman year. Now I'm looking into taking my good girl warlock and flipping her from more support to damage with everything that's happened.

I'm gonna be starting a new job in May, with a completely set schedule so hopefully I'll have the time and energy to actually start drawing again like I've been wanting to for a while 🥹 I can't wait to take advantage of all the new Clip Studio functions when I get to it~

Arina Flare @arinaflare.bsky.social · 21/03/2025

I might be digging *way* too deep into the teaser for the new Digimon Beatbreak series, but now I want to figure out who all is in this intentionally-poor image. So far, thanks to KarnEX's video, I see Pandamon, Mushmon, and Fanbeemon. Now to look at silhouettes until I pass out.

A throwback to many years ago when I made pony OCs. At the time, this was my most popular one that I actually had fanart drawn for. Meet Lust, one of the "seven deadly sins" ponies. I may redesign her and her sister Envy at some point.

I just finished book 8 of #wingsoffire last night, and even though I don't think she's my *favorite* character, I do love Peril and her growth as a character throughout the series so far. And I just want to pinch Turtle's cheeks, he's such a sweet boy~ I couldn't resist doing a little #art of them

My sister had asked all of the siblings to give her a heart to get as a tattoo from each of us, and I decided to try and be special. Buuuuut I need to re-do my heart as a more simple design. If anyone wants to use this as a base, just make sure to give credit 🙂‍↕️

I ended up making a quick doodle sticker for discord this morning. Meet DoodleGhost. He's a precious bean, even though he's a little confused sometimes.

I have a mighty need to doodle and try to work out the details of OCs. While I try to think, have a quick sketch of my original idea of a Krelene OC to use as a new fursona. I really should go back and consult my sketch book for things I've fallen in love with about this species. That should help.

I cannot say how good it feels to know that there are still genuinely good people in the world that will stop what they're doing to help a complete stranger with something that most wouldn't think twice about turning the other way. There is hope out there. It can be hard to find, but it's there.

Friendly reminder to everyone-- Please be kind to retail workers, pharmacy staff, restaurant staff, and literally everyone else. Just because the holiday season is over doesn't mean they aren't still going through a lot. Life is hard, and the least we can do is be kind to others.

I was talking to a friend this morning about FF14 oc lore, and now I really want to continue writing Elisabeth's backstory and possibly put it out on ff.net. We'll see if I actually go through with writing it down this time 🙃

I should really get back to finalizing designs for characters and other projects I've started over the years. There's just way too much I want to do. Write stories, make art for people, play all the games I've got backlogged. There's so much I would like to do.

The only thing that really sucks about being a Helluva Boss fan is that none of the music is officially released on Spotify. I really need that "Mastermind" and "2 Minutes Notice" on repeat. And everything else. Let me jam, Viv

Today I got my pity mount from M4S. Granted, this late into the tier, most of the FFXIV raiders already have it, but it's still exciting to finally have in my possession. Now I just need to mentally prepare myself for Futures Rewritten and the Light Rampant re-prog groups 🙃

Books 1-7, 9 and 10 acquired. 5 is waiting for me in the car to read and 8 was double the normal price on Amazon, so a trip to Barnes and Noble is in my future. I've read more over the last couple months than I have in 5 years. Super happy I decided to try these books again.

Fun fact: the Krelene species started off as a draconic OC I was designing while waiting for the eclipse to start. Through the desire to make it more unique, some of the traits I came up with here became more prominent while others faded away
