Some people who work as nurses and doctors can be really mean tbh but I have met some really nice ones (especially some nurses who cared for my dad before he passed) idk maybe that nurse was just not having a good day or she was just mean in general some can be like that unfortunately

Oh I’m so sorry erina! I hope they fix it for you I know what it’s like not having air conditioner (been through it it is not fun) idk if you have a fan or not I’ve gotten these mini fans before and they helped as well! I always used to splash cold water on myself as well or at least my face
