Downloaded the app again, it looks a lot nicer than the previous one that I tested years ago, it still looks like a PWA and it using electron just confirms it. But the option to natively see the bundles and collections makes it actually useful

Search for "frijoles refritos" my family's recipie uses lard and sometimes is lard from "carnitas" those are pork cuts fried in its own grease so the lard contains all the umami of the meat and adds it to the beans You can use yours as base for a really good tacos or just add a little bit of cheese

Is not universal in Mexico, we have social security but you need to have an active job and you can only enroll your partner and children, not even your parents are covered. There are public hospitals and clinics at state level but those are even more saturated than the ones that belong to the IMSS

Compré un microscopio de bolsillo (monóculo) 60X para revisar el progreso de la planta porque los tricomas necesitan al menos lupa para ver cuando ya está madura la planta Y obviamente me la he pasado con la cabeza pegada a mi escritorio viendo telas, monedas, billetes, insectos, mi mano, etc.

Rope, is very common for some towns to make a reenactment of the Passion of the Christ at the end of the Lent on Good Friday, a real wooden cross is made and carried sometimes for kilometers by a person chosen to represent Christ. The person should be a good christian and is considered an honor.
