I don’t have to go in to my TA class tomorrow so I’ll be going to a meeting at my internship (plus there will be complementary breakfast). Got to my writing goal successfully tonight. Hit my step count but went a bit overboard on calories today. Well, there’s always tomorrow.

This is my trinity of water bottles that help keep me hydrated. The green stripe tumbler is my “tank”. It’s for home use when I wanna stay hydrated at home or on long personal commutes. The silver brita is my “healer” for filtering water when I travel. My pink Owala is my “dps” for everyday use!

Took a relaxing stroll this evening but then felt a headache coming on, realized I didn’t totally meet my calorie needs so I addressed that and the headache has subsided. Unfortunately my body doesn’t handle a larger deficit well, so slow and steady it is!

Tweaking with my sunrise alarm clock a bit. Moved it to my dresser across from my bed so I have to get up to use it and modified the brightness/timing settings. One day in and it definitely helped me wake up smoothly but wanna dial in the timing so I wake up closer to my alarm time

I feel well rested today! But as much as I’m trying to resist it, I gotta keep to more passive leisure for my brain for the time being until I graduate or am on break. It’s really hard to squeeze in gaming when you don’t have the brain power after heavy clinical work.

Welp. I guess the dentist I was seeing in Gainesville was only putting a bandage on the cavity I had on one of my molars. Two dentists I’ve gone to want me to get a crown… and Jesus Christ they’re expensive… ugh. I have to deal with this another day. Just don’t have the bandwidth right now.

Reviewing my hydration habits and while having a 40oz tumbler is super nice for long car rides or home use, I hate lugging it around during my internship and classes. I sometimes forget it too lol. After looking into the water bottle meta, looks like I’ll be purchasing a 24oz bottle soon!
