Yeah, that's totally worth 5,000cr. Riiiiiggggght. (Obtained using Duckstation on mobile)

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Just my fucking luck.... And ofc this has to come at a point where I legit can't afford to get it fixed. Fucking damn it.

An error screen indicating that my laptop (a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 I've had since 2019) has a failing fan.

And here's the system in question.

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 30/03/2026

(Repost, but...) What in the blue hell.... Like, I'm glad it's my channel's most popular video, but still...

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 07/01/2026

I've finally done it. After 10+ years, I've finally got all golds on a license in a Gran Turismo game.

110

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 01/01/2026

So... managed to het these from the local video game store earlier today.

110

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 02/11/2025

Even better, it still has the ability to hold save files.

010

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 02/11/2025

I thought I had this somewhere. Turns out, I was correct.

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 28/10/2025

Finally have an N64 again for the first time in a while, along with two games for it.

A gray N64 and a clear purple controller

A copy each of Hexen 64 and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.

131

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

Well. It's finally happened. I'm now at the triple digits.

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 15/09/2025

Finally got a copy of the game that served as my entry into the Pokémon franchise. Holy nostalgia Batman 🥲

120

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 13/09/2025

I just noticed that I'm now up to 94 subscribers on YouTube. Huh.

240

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 31/07/2025

Also, finally got my hands on these two yesterday.

A copy each of Final Fantasy 7 and Lego Star Wars: The Video Game for PS1 and PS2 respectively.

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

But, on a slightly happy note, I finally got my copy of PS1 Final Doom that I ordered online about a week ago.

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

Good afternoon y'all. How's it going? So, I am playing through PS1 Doom (on Ultra Violence, since I have an ego,) and am on map 27: Unruly Evil. Y'all have one guess as to what's wrong with this image. More than likely, it's a bug.

An undoubtedly bugged pinky demon found to the left of the starting area of PS1 Doom's Map 27: Unruly Evil.

Good afternoon/evening y'all. How's it going? Earlier today, after thinking about it a bit, I got myself a Sega Saturn, as well as a copy of Saturn Quake (pictured below) and Sega Rally Championship. I did trade my Switch in for it all, but I don't mind.

A Sega Saturn with some cosmetic imperfections and a copy of Quake's Saturn port.

Good afternoon y'all. Hope you're all doing well. As of now, I've got everything up to part 20 of my RE4 playthrough uploaded. There's only about 2 or 3 vids left to upload, and then it's done. Also, I got myself this beautiful looking DSi earlier today.

361

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 20/03/2025

Well.... That makes TWO videos I've made with over 100 views... And my first one to crack 150 views... Nice.

120

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 23/02/2025

Hi y'all. So, a few days ago, I put up a vid for the first few levels of Quake's fourth episode. HOW IS THAT NOW MY MOST VIEWED VIDEO???? (I'll also get the next video recorded for Quake's fourth episode and get it uploaded Monday.)

120

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 10/02/2025

ARE YOU SHITTING ME???? 😭😭😭

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 05/02/2025

Good evening y'all. I've recorded gameplay vids for Doom's The Shores of Hell episode, the first of which is up now, the second to be uploaded shortly. Also, somewhat randomly, I managed to get E2M9 done in less than 2 minutes.

000

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 23/01/2025

And now.... it's all done. Also, a fun fact about the ending message shown below is that it's actually an unused one from the Atari Jaguar port of Doom, which the PS1 port is derived from.

011

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 23/01/2025

After what is frankly way too long... I now now can access the last level of PS1 Doom. Fun fact, Redemption Denied is the first (and only) level in PS1 Doom to feature the Spider Mastermind.

An intermission screen from PS1 Doom, showing that Monster Condo is completed, with the level statistics and password for Redemption Denied shown as well.

112

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 09/01/2025

Well.... That's a first... Good thing I nabbed the password before it crashed

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 01/01/2025

If I've had to see this, y'all have to as well.

211

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 07/11/2024

Oh yeah, almost forgot. I also got this too.

A copy of Shadow of the Colossus for PS2.

181

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 07/11/2024

PS2 acquired. Now, to look at ways to mod it.

The Fat PS2 I bought today, all hooked up and ready for use.

Earlier today, two more of the cards I ordered a few days ago came in. The Quarter Century Secret Rare Dark Magician Girl was thrown in as an extra with Accesscode Talker.

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

Hi y'all. Yes, I'm still alive thankfully. As of now, I've got a new job that I've been working at since this August, and am now more financially stable. Also, I've bought some cards the other day to either build or upgrade a couple Yugioh decks I've had in mind. Some of them arrived today.

141

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 24/02/2024

Got me some pancakes, some (offscreen) coffee, and my very much modded 2DS. Life be good :3

250

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 22/02/2024

Figured I'd share it here as well, but finally got my 2DS (which I bought last week) modded!

021

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 09/12/2023

Nothing like what is arguably my favorite game. Also, good afternoon y'all. How's it going?

032

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 01/12/2023

Mmmmm, pizza.... Also, good evening all of ya. How are you all?

031

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 14/10/2023

So... this game exists, apparently?

220

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 10/10/2023

*to your head. Also, here's my Switch profile. (Note: since I took this image, my Switch pfp has changed to be that of the Pokémon Miriadon.)

241

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 10/10/2023

Figured I might as well post my Discord if any of y'all want to add me there. If not, no biggie. I don't have a gun to head.

131

Ares @aresthefloof.bsky.social · 26/09/2023

Good morning everyone! How are you all doing? Also, have cat. Her name is Rosie.
