iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Ardwick @ardwick.bsky.social · 22/06/2026

It's been a bit, but I'd be remiss if I didn't draw anything for pride~ so I thought I'd draw Roy and Seth being celebratory! Hope this month has been treating you all kindly! 🏳️‍🌈

Digital art of anthro characters Roy (Fruit Bat) and Seth (Aarvark) two boyfriends running and cheering. They are holding pride flags. Roy holds two Pansexual flags in both arms. Seth holds the rainbow pride flag with his tail.

Thank you very much! And no worries about that

I knew @thecrescentfox.bsky.social, though it's been a few years since we spoke. He was always kind and supportive to me whenever we talked. I wish that I had been better at keeping in touch. Farewell my friend. And to everyone else, please never fail to tell people that you care for them.

Ah this is useful, I'll save this for later. On the one hand it looks like Adobe walked stuff back, but yeah I think this may be a wake up call for me. The whole thing's so frustrating.

100

Ardwick @ardwick.bsky.social · 03/02/2026

What's frustrating was that so many of my projects depended on using it and it's terrible that I might not be able to continue them in the same way long term. :S I've been working on more animations and now I can't help but feel worried those are in jeopardy now too. Not going to lie, I'm scared.

010

Ardwick @ardwick.bsky.social · 03/02/2026

Well, now that Adobe Animate is apparently getting discontinued, I'll need to look into comparable animation software. If any animators out there see this and are familiar with it, any suggestions as to what I could switch to?

New Halloween Animation this year, a mock RPG Fight! In the Paper Mario style, Fey and Don decide to try and take on a nefarious spirit that’s been haunting the local pumpkin patch, though they may not be prepared for all the treats and toony treats it has up it’s sleeve.

Oooh, now that's an impressive redesign! Especially considering how much glass and iron goes into it, that's no small feat. Well done!

Still on Hiatus working on projects, but I wanted to share this drawing of @jumbi.bsky.social 's interpretation of Timpani from Super Paper Mario in their comic: Filling the Void!

Timpani as designed by Jumbi: a human woman in a teal and blue dress with rainbow wings on the left. She is floating in the air and sparkling. To the top right: her butterfly form. On the bottom right, a monochrome closeup of her face, smiling.

For the record, my goal is still to learn how to make a turn-based RPG, but for now I've been fiddling with Action RPG stuff in Godot too, haha. I do need to find some resources for making RPG battles, hrm...

Some more game tests! Seth tries to tackle the mischievous spirits head-on! Being a psychic helps, but perhaps one should avoid letting them overwhelm you 👻🎃

The Intermission page for Chapter 5. At the top of the page is the text "Thanks for Reading!" Beneath that is the image of a postage stamp, and on it Seth's ancestor Walter Edgar. He stands on a busy old timey street in front of an old brick building a clock tower. A caption below the image reads "Edgar Banking & Co." It's a 3 cent stamp dated 1901.

This is REDUX, a webcomic that we made that features psychics, animals, and supernatural spooks! Chapter 6 is about how to manage possessing ghosts! Fun fact, this was both of favorite chapter to make AND my favorite title page! reduxwebcomic.com/comic/chapte...

This is the title page for REDUX, a webcomic produced by myself and Sirus. This is for Chapter 6: Extraction. The image depicts a parody of the move Alien: Seth the Anthro Aardvark is strapped down while Fey, an Anthro Red Panda Ghost phases through his chest shouting "Myeh! Myeh!" His friends respond in different ways: Roy the bat screams in surprise, Lewis stares, intrigued. Gwen shouts while standing in front of a computer monitor. Don holds a mallet, intending to squish the ghost.
