I was able to verify my custom domain again, so now the accounts handle is @ardnin.splatoonlore.ink again

📌My main account is back! Good news, may hacked account was restored and I was given back access to it! For some reason though I can't set my custom domain handle yet, so for now the main accounts handle will be @ardnin.bsky.social This account here will stay as a second account.

side-order-palette-planner is a tool to make, play, and share Side Order palettes! It has been in the works for a long time, and I'm really proud of it. Give it a try!! Website: epicyoshimaster.github.io/side-order-p... Code & Readme: github.com/EpicYoshiMas... 🎨 #splatoon #splatoon3 #sideorder

The UI for side-order-palette-planner

The main feature is the Side Order palette, which shows various color chips forming the shape of a red among us crewmate on a blue background.

On the left, you can see a selector for color chips and tones to pick the chips you place down.

On the top are several controls for adjusting modes and other features.

On the right is a display showing the kind of chip you have selected and various information about it.

People have been pointing out how similar the Mechanic's outfit looks to Chell from Portal, and funnily it wouldn't be the first time they intentionally or unintentionally referenced Portal or were inspired by it, since the basic plotline of Octo Expansion was pretty much just Portal as well lol

I was comparing the new map info we got from the Splatoon Raiders trailer with the respective area in Japan, and found these islands which may be the ones from the trailer

also the fact they specifically brought back urchin underpass, and the trailer had a shot that specifically referenced the trailer from 2014

Until I know for sure if my old account is lost, this account will now use the handle @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink. If it turns out I won't get the old account back I may change this accounts handle to the original @ardnin.splatoonlore.ink, but for now I'll keep it distinct.

📌New Pinned My old account which got hacked was finally suspended, and for the event that I won't get the old account back, I'm gonna rebuild here. If you followed me only because I followed you previously to warn you of the hacker, feel free to unfollow if you want to

Yeah I have since actually received another one of those messages... Don't worry, after this happens once to you you won't fall for it again lol

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 07/06/2025

Yeah, I will keep updating about the situation here

000

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 07/06/2025

The hackers have now changed the handle of my stolen account to "drinooo.bsky.social‬". That should actually be even more obvious now for people realizing this is hacked. But please look for this handle now and keep reporting it

I hope so much it might actually be a real person behind this and not just a bot bc some of the replies I've seen are so funny

That reminds me, I should rewatch it too at some point good times binge watching both seasons together when I was at your place lol (priorities when on a japan trip)

020

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

I deactivated the entry for ardnin.splatoonlore, ink again to avoid the confusion so it will go back to how it was again.

0120

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

This is good in the sense that even if you click on the hacked account you still get led to my actual account, but it makes it a bit confusing. For the handle, only "splatoonlore.ink" is the correct handle for my account for now

1170

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

I tried something with my domain, basically I changed the entry for ardnin.splatoonlore, ink to be associated with this account, to take back the handle. However, the handles are still displayed the same, and now if you click on the hacked account you are led to this account here

2280

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

It's pretty convoluted so I could explain in DMs

010

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

I have also removed the entry for the custom handle in my domain settings, which doesn't lock the account, but after some time there will the "invalid handle" warning with my hacked account, which hopefully will make anyone targeted suspicious of it more quickly

0290

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

there was nothing that I downloaded thankfully either

000

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

yeah I usually do. I'm luckily using a password manager with unique passwords for everything so my other stuff should be all safe

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

100

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

I'm seeing that there haven't been any new follows on the account for a while so I'm hoping that it might have actually worked already

010

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

oh yeah I will clean everything up if I hopefully get the account back

010

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

on the other hand, I only removed the entry a couple hours ago and I read that it can take a couple of hours for this to take effect fully so maybe there's still hope the account will be locked soon

100

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

I removed the entry for my handle in my domain settings but the account still seems to work somehow. If you search the account with the handle it won't show up but bsky also uses IDs through which the account can still be viewed

100

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

Thank you! Once my website project is done I'll hopefully also get to making videos again finally lol

000

ardnin2 (main is back) @ardnin2.splatoonlore.ink · 06/06/2025

To warn others I will look at who the hacker newly follows and also follow those accounts in the hope that seeing the notification of me following will inform anyone that get's targeted by the scammer. Once this is hopefully over I will revert the follows.
