The only time i think it helps to be in an office is when you are learning and can just overhear how others deal with a problem or ask. My software guys work better from a beach than in an office. I can't because I hate laptops, but I have a perfect three-screen setup at home.

I have been involved with 20 or so companies. Some wouldn't work with homeworking, some could, and some are better with it. It should be up to the employer and the employee to decide.

you have to do a 4 to one block system. Four one way and then four the other to stack. anything else would be unstable. So your basic wall should be just under 6ft thick.

I have never been a fan of Starmer but he is doing a decent job here. It's a tricky situation but he seems to be walking the line well. I just hope the Europeans can do something. It is easier to negotiate from a position of strength, and the fat orange monkey has made it one-sided.

pre-Sliced white or brown bread makes toast. hand slicing anything else and sticking in a toaster make "toasted bread" You can then stick avocado or crap on it and charge a fortune but it isn't proper toast.

It seems these guys don't want to go 100% Islamic. The population is quite divided religiously and they know it would just break everything up again. I think they are just too tired of endless fighting and the thousands of Syrians returning are not going to support a radical state.

Oh yes it is round here. we have loads of people who drop out of work short term due to some temporary problem and then find it is hardly worth going back once they start getting benefits. You can get a job round here almost instantaneously (not min wage)
