A merry everything from Chez Fitzroy. I’m here to win at crackers & snatch #Christmas, & I’m all out of crackers. Wishing you all a wonderful start to 2025 🖤 My Bluesky wish: find the combat people who made the move over here - holler if that’s you because it’s turned into a Quest 🤪 #stagecombat

A person in a gold Christmas cracker crown is sending a very technically impressive stage combat high kick at a person in a red bandana. They look badass

Ok I know I’ve said I have three advent calendars but honestly, receiving these in the post is really making the season feel like the season rn. Kid on Xmas day vibes

No but I actually love cosmic horror protagonists. Absolutely zero self-preservation. High INT low WIS darlings, each and every one of them. Could never be me.

Excerpt from The Horror of the Heights by Arthur Conan Doyle. Photo of book. Of particular note the passage: ‘I have seen the horror of the heights - and greater beauty and greater horror than that is not within the ken of man. And now it is my plan to go once again…’

The Flea @theyardtheatre.bsky.social is a masterpiece. You’ll never guess where it’ll go, tonally, but it’s always in the driver’s seat taking you there - & I’ve seen it before! + I’ll always be an advocate for more ‘cvnty af cape-wearing queers called Fitzroy’ representation. Crucial in theatre 💅🏻
