I don't get it. I feel fine until I have to actually get out of my chair and drive to work. I feel fine the moment I arrive. That period of driving scares me and idk why. It's not always been like this. Once the sun went down, it's gotten worse.

Why does it feel so illegal to call in sick when I have a bad headache.. it's like ooooh poor me. I have a weadache uwu..... I just wanna rot in bed. No matter how many pills I take. It's never enough. I was given the ok to boost my dose from 10 to 12, but I just wanna sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

It can go from 0 to 100 in the blink of eye with my emotions... but takes a week or longer to go from 100 to 0 again. I'm trying hard to stay in contact with all my friends, but I don't know what or how to say stuff once a few days go by. It's like all my conversations turn into concrete.

Gonna be real for a second. I am TERRIFIED of going to work today. I bumped my antipsychotic to 12mg from 10 without the psychiatrist's approval (she still hasn't called back a week later and I WILL FIND A NEW ONE). I also took 0.25mg of my benzodiazepine.. which is half of the original dose.
