My first ever album arrived today 😭 I’ve made music for fun for years and have a huge vinyl collection so owning my own songs on vinyl has been a DREAM of mine for decades! The quality is incredible too and it sounds just like the digital files

Clipstudio lifehack: If you have a lot of layers and folders and scrolling to the top of the folder to collapse it each time is a pain just place a big different colour dot as the top layer of each folder. Now you can just ctrl+shift click to get to the top of each folder :D

Hi all! I thought I'd share this Kofi goal as Cat & I are trying to move out of the city. I'm doing what I can to save but given the high cost of living here it's pretty difficult to do on my own. If you can donate or share it's much appreciated! 🥺💖 ko-fi.com/sunny_strawb...

Everyone's favourite Magister, Astalor Bloodsworn, making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Falconwing Square 🤭 I love making silly art.

Image shows the world of warcraft character Astalor Bloodsworn in puppet form as the count from Sesame street. On screen text reads "Count for me" and "Falconwing Square"

My first album is now on youtube \o/ It's a mix of boards of canada, porter robinson, Stardew, minecraft and 90s hiphop inspired stuff with side B being mostly inspired by retro video games from the megadrive/snes/commodore 64 era. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uG1h... #bumblebreadmusic

Found a place that you can get vinyl records cut on demand 👀So I've been working on the sleeve design and stickers to get my own music on vinyl! Got most of the design done and the track listing down and I'm SO EXCITED to be able to own a copy of my own album in that format 😭

I’m going to put the full album up on YouTube too once I cut the tracks down properly. It’s basically the best/my favourite of all the electronic/instrumental and ambient stuff I’ve done over the last ~15 years 🥹

I've been having fun writing lately just anything. Writing without worrying about structure or grammar or spelling. I had stopped writing poems in my youth thinking that my peers would make fun of me. This is a good reminder to stop caring and just write. "False brevity the tool of the twit."

brevity is the soul of the wit
nay, I say, that can’t be it
for story’s sake and story’s penned
what fun is there to race to end
the written word dashed with grace
and with idle hands distracted trace
lines and lines and refrain’s true
the tale is best drawn out with you!

Write, journeyed, all the words that brevity stole.
Write them long and write the whole
Write them with grammar’s wrongful sins
Write tenderly with unthoughtful pens
Write your adventure through and through
and when done reject their mirthless laughs towards you;

for the written word wasn’t our first language of love
twas imagination that soared on high above
to fledgling minds unmade and true
the love of writing inspired in you
to dream and write with rules unknown
and seeds of story delicately sown

your story’s end had just begun
and when it’s all said and done
do fight the Polonius that’s hard to please
with perfect word and clever ease
and find joy in all that you have writ
for false brevity the tool of the twit

I had to type up some of the stuff on the slides that wasn't shown in full on stream but I think this is really good information to know regarding feedback for xiv with criticism, disatisfaction (and satisfaction) and how its handled, in particular the final slide.

A slide from the Final Fantasy XIV Fanfest in Berlin from the community team, titled "How We Gather Feedback". The written text that follows is:

- Regular Formats: Weekly Forum Reports in French and German. (The American Community team handles the english forum reports). Post-patch Reports in English, French, and German. Daily Launch Reports in English, French, and German.

- Developer Requests: How did players react to a new feature or announcement? We are working in an XYZ feature. Are there any community discussions about XYZ?

- Online Monitoring: "Wow this is kinda blowing up... we should probably tell someone."

A slide from the Final Fantasy XIV Fanfest in Berlin from the community team elaborating on how they gather feedback showing graphics that explain that the European and American Communit teams discuss and exchange feedback they've collected, forward it to the Japanese community team, who might ask follow-up questions before discussing and forwarding it to the development team who may also ask follow-up questions.

A slide from the Final Fantasy XIV Fanfest in Berlin from the community team titled "Do you ever read our feedback?" followed by a bulleted list in this order:

- Yes, of course we do!
- We review all feedback on the Official Forums.
- We do our best to review as much feedback as possible on our social media accounts and community spaces such as Discord and Reddit
- ...but we are only human and it isn't always possible to read every single post and watch every video or stream

A slide from the Final Fantasy XIV Fanfest in Berlin from the community team titled "What can I do to get my feedback seen?" with a bulleted list listing the following:

- The best way is simply: Using the Official Forums!
- You can also help us by:
1. Focusing on one topic at a time.
2. Engaging with ongoing forum discussions and weighing in with your own perspective.
3. Providing relevant details and clear examples.
4. Voicing your own recommendations and suggestions

- We really value constructive criticism and feedback, but it is also good to know when (and why) you like something

Hey, this seems like it might be a final post from me. I'm locked out of BSKY on its main. Due to the recent laws passing I'm not going to verify anything out of my own safety and I don't trust SM accounts to hold my #s. Same goes when it migrates to discord in a few months. Be well, all.
