Natalie Don-Innes, Minister for Children, Young People and the Promise, speaking at the ARC Scotland conference. A quote on the side reads: "I dont think young people are always listened to...going forward, we need to listen to young people and act on their behalf to get transitions right" The ARC Scotland logo is in the corner.Ciara McCarthy, a Divergent Influencer, presenting at the 'Transitions in Action' conference. The image features her quote: "I'm almost at the end of my first transitions - it's taken so long for policy to get where it is, for me it's a little too late, it could have been implemented ages ago, but I hope for people who are following along behind me, it makes a huge change"Clare McAndrew from the Scottish Government speaking at the ARC Scotland conference. The text highlights her vision: "In the next few years, I really hope that we'll have managed to overcome some of the challenges and break down some of the barriers that we know exist and young disabled people have a much improved experience."
