Looking back at how this project started and how it's evolved over time is... a weird feeling. From an idea I had after a weird dream to having a Steam page up with a trailer and, soon I hope, a playable demo too. This is what being a game dev means to me. Cheers! #indiedev #indiegame 🎮️

God how much I missed actively working on a game. No other media has given me this energy and this sense of wonder. Exploring new mechanics, writing up dialogues, seeing how everything falls into place. And waiting for players to experience all of this themselves.

Demon Souls Fan Art I did a while ago because well…I’m a souls obsessed nerd. 😌 I think I created this after playing the remake on PS5 and was so inspired by everything about it. Would love to one day do some Bloodborne fan art, but I love to sit on my couch recently. The time will come.

Project development is going a bit slow because I'm in the process of finding a new house... to buy? And it's wild. I don't even know if I feel truly ready to take this step and it's hard to balance work, house hunting and game development for this project. Please wish me luck!!

I am once again here to tell you to BACKUP your projects and have some form of version control. Physical copies, cloud copies, Git branches and all of the above. You can be a game dev, an artist, a journalist or whatever else, backups will be there when you need them the most.

Kinda depressing how much effort and time a game dev MUST put into trying to reach an audience on social medias, only to be seen by a bunch of people at best, especially in the beginning. Man, I just wanna make games and show them to people, why must I stress so much about algorithms and engagement
