Much needed vacation for our anniversary. Just parked ourselves at the beach in a cute rental in San Simeon. so lovely to literally do nothing but sit, read and watch hundreds of pelicans fly overhead daily. Beach walks. Day trips to see otters, elephant seals. Milky way visible when not cloudy 😍

An odd plus side is I have unearthed a treasure trove of gift cards my mom has hoarded away for years. Anyway i have the okay from the parents to keep and use them as i wish. Used a target one today for some treats and some games she may be able to play with me still (Muffin is obv for me lol)

I don’t post here very much, but figured i would post this here too. I am in the first week of family leave to help take care of my mom. Her Alzheimer’s is now progressed to the point that she can no longer be left alone. The details are a longer story for another time but here we are.

These two jerks spent the week worrying tf out of me! Emma decided to give pancreatitis a try on Tuesday and then Lando thought it would be fun to maybe have a foreign body up his nose yesterday. Sneezing all night long. Both are on the mend now. Hopefully sleep is in my future

First off a glow up for a character from film school…Almost 3 decades between drawings lol This little dude was a cheetah knight wannabe and his story was to be a series of misadventures along with his antagonistic horse. Think Maximus from Tangled but decades earlier and poorly drawn 😂
