Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz's book in the 2nd Amendment, Loaded, is worth revisiting in this moment. She argued that the 2nd Amendment was really used to control Native Americans and enslaved people, for whom that constitutional right did not apply. Now citizen dissenters are stripped of rights.

Relative to the illegal arrest of Mahmoud Khalil. A Federal attorney told me recently that a DoJ order has come down demanding dramatic arrests. Rather than street arrests, they want home arrests. These endanger everyone involved. Anyone seen the paperwork on this?
