Yeah for me I got a pi in my garage connected to a similar meter. Maybe the same meter? So I’d like to replace that with an esp32 as it’s just smaller and would possibly be more reliable long term?

Yeah I think getting my drone out to weed my garden would be a bit extreme. Right now with the raise of AI/LLMs losing the joy of programming and drones are one area that is possibly peeking my interest

I recently bought a drone and been looking into similar things and there's lots of defence industry stuff around drones. Luckily there is also some good stuff as well like surveying and monitoring etc

Another option would be to use open router and set a limit on a specific api key

I’m playing around with Hermes agent on a vm with a subscription to opencode go so it’s costing me a tenner a month

I agree but the way the government wants to go about doing it I just can't agree with. Putting our data into the hands of third parties where we verify our identity? Banning and restricting VPNs? All this makes the internet less secure not more

I’m not sure for certain but I reckon an aircon unit should probably go onto its own circuit. I can imagine it draws enough power to maybe hit the limit of the circuit. I’d need to know more about the aircon unit to be able to tell you for certain

I just can't see how this keeps going cost increase on each new model. At the rate were going these models are just going to be too expensive and no one will be allowed to use them in businesses I'm seeing some engineers spend double the amount of money with less output
