i know one of my mutuals on here also has hEDS and i dont remember if its you but if it is, i used to have a lot of trouble looking down too, i would get really nauseous & dizzy. partially tethered cord surgery helped & partially vestibular physical therapy helped (which lots of non-hEDS ppl do too)
