And here's one for 9 anime that are important to me

000

Been seeing this go around lately, so I made my own. 9 games that are important in some form or another

100

I enjoyed my time with Ryu Knight a lot overall. My personal favorite characters are Adeu, Hittel, and Galden, but I liked all of them. I'm currently in the process of playing SRW NEO, which has Ryu Knight in it, but I hope it can return one day in a new game.

110

Lord of Lords Ryu Knight: Adeu's Legend II (8.5/10): I enjoyed this one way more. Its even shorter at 3 episodes (technically 4, but the last one is a comedic one-off), but I think it works even better than the first OVA. The designs here are great and I love how the main setting looks.

100

Lord of Lords Ryu Knight: Adeu's Legend (7/10): This one wasn't a bad watch at all, but I personally prefer the TV show. I found Giltz to be less compelling of an antagonist compared to Galden, but definitely more layered than the Helldragons. Its a lot shorter at only 13 episodes....

100

Lord of Lords Ryu Knight (9/10): I had a lot of fun with this show. I love the setting of Earth Tear and the Ryus themselves all look really cool. Its definitely a bit of a commitment at 52 episodes (technically 48), but I think its worth giving it a look.

Death Battle- Shadow Vs Mewtwo 2 (9/10): Really great episode, Souljen really killed it with the animation. Everything looked amazing. My only real complaint is that I'm not really a fan of how Souljen's Sonic models look. That aside, good shit. I'm cautiously interested in the next episode.

100

Pokemon the Movie: Kyurem Vs The Sword of Justice (7/10): Fun watch, but I don't have much to say. Its weird that Kyurem can turn into its Black and White forms without having to fuse with Reshiram or Zekrom first, but its not a huge deal. Pokemon movies are always at least fun.

Final Fantasy Resonance Demo (8/10): This was a fun demo and I'm very excited for the full game. Seeing the character and story from Brave Exvius get another chance to shine in a full console game was a surprise, but one I'm very happy about since I played that game a lot when it was still active.

Got this cool print signed by @sonicmega.bsky.social last month at a con. It was such an honor meeting him and I hope I can see him there again!

I'm definitely gonna watch My-th as it airs like I did with Zeztz, but beyond that, I might go through Gavv or Revice next for Reiwa. I need to continue Wizard, but I also wanna watch Ghost or Den-O for Heisei. The Showa era seasons haven't really grabbed me, but I'll probably give them a look.

100

I'd say this is probably my ranking of the seasons I've watched. There's still some stuff I need to watch for some of them (and most of them are due for a rewatch), but this is how I feel about them right now.

100

The twist with the first half of the show being a dream Baku had was pretty genius and tied well into the whole theming of dreams and sleeping. Dawn is another top tier Rider, and while its kind of a shame he never got another form, they're probably saving one for Season 2 of Kamen Rider Outsiders.

100

The change with the Drivers going across the chest now is pretty cool. I prefer the waist Drivers and I am glad that My-th is (mostly) returning to it, but I think this helps Zeztz stand out a bit more and I wouldn't be opposed to it returning for future seasons (beyond My-th)

Kamen Rider Zeztz (8/10): I really enjoyed this season. For Kamen Rider's first attempt at a simulcast season, it feels like they really tried putting their best foot forward and I think it paid off. I wouldn't say this is my favorite season (probably barely makes my Top 5), but it was fun.

100

I'm excited for the Next Time since the original Shadow vs Mewtwo wasn't that good, so its nice seeing it get a chance for redemption. This isn't the only episode I watched this season, but I'll get to those another time.

Death Battle - Kai Vs Toa Tahu (7/10): I've decided that I'm gonna rate individual Death Battle episodes now since I don't really watch whole seasons anymore. Anyway, this was a really fun episode. I'm not a Bionicle guy, but I am a fan of Ninjago, so seeing it in Death Battle was pretty cool.

Thanks for the chance, here's Ryan

The DLC also introduced a handful of new attacks, including combination attacks between units from completely different series, which hasn't really been done in SRW before outside of shows from the franchise. They all look pretty good and I hope some of them show up in future games.

A lot of the new story is dedicated to adapting Season 2 of Witch from Mercury since the base game only covered Season 1. I really like that its story has a proper conclusion now and I liked how the game handled everything. The Calibarn also looks great.

Super Robot Wars Y Anniversary Expansion Pack (9/10): This was a really great way to cap off Y's DLC and celebrate the 1st anniversary of the game. The new campaign it came with is arguably better than the base game, which was already pretty good.

Spider-Man Brand New Day (9/10): This was a great movie. Tom Holland was at his A-game here playing Peter. He and Jon Bernthal also played really well off of each other. I'm very excited to see whats next for Spider-Man in the MCU.

Happy PMD Day, everyone! Here's some art of two of the main protagonists of my PMD fic, Shining Stars. This is technically meant to be them later on than where I'm currently at, but I wanted to join in on the celebration and I figured these would still suffice.

Poketoon, Chansey Chase (8/10): A pretty fun short. Funny, but with a lot of heart. Its also animated super well. The scene when Chansey bounces and shifts around to avoid being caught looks great. I like the gag of the trainers coming to capture her posing like their game sprites too, it was funny.

Echoes of Aincrad Demo (6/10): Demo was fine, but I found myself getting exhausted from it more than once (that might just be a me problem). Retelling the SAO story from the perspective of an OC is pretty interesting. Environments look good, but the models look less good and don't really fit.

Deer Mike, unaired Shorty McShort Shorts pilot (6/10): I don't really have anything to say about this, it was alright. Funny concept and pretty unique animation style, at least. Not really sure how you could make a full series out of it though.

Pokemon the Movie: White- Victini and Zekrom (7/10): A very strange experiment that the anime has never attempted again after, essentially releasing two versions of the same movie with a different box Legendary being the focus (and some other stuff). It was a fun watch though. Thats about it.

That new Xenoverse 3 trailer was pretty hype, I'm really excited for this game. But that Soul Switch mechanic looks kinda familiar...

I really like it when a Pokemon for the next Generation is teased near the end of the current Generation. We haven't gotten anything like that for Gen 10 yet, though it seems like Navy in the Horizons might be the key to that, so we'll see. I'm very excited for Wind and Waves, they look great so far

Pokemon- Zoroark: Master of Illusions (7/10): A fun movie that I don't have much to say about. I liked Zorua (and I thought it was kinda funny that he was voiced by Eileen Stevens, who later voiced Iris in the anime) and the whole plot about him being separated from his mother.

100

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (7/10): I've been playing these games through the HD Final Mix collection available on modern platforms, so I just watched the cutscenes for this one. It's fine. I enjoyed the story and seeing who Roxas was before KHII was interesting, at least. Watching was just exhausting

100

Here is my updated KH World ranking, now with the KH2 Worlds (yellow border). My least favorite World is Atlantica again, but it doesn't actively annoy me this time like it did in KH1.

100

The Reaction Commands are a lot of hype moments and aura, but they're damn good hype moments and aura. They make the battles feel so much more dynamic and some of the stuff you can do with them is crazy. It's hard to imagine there were two games before this that didn't have them.

100

Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix (10/10): Goddamn, this game is so good. In just about every way, its an improvement over the first game. It definitely feels like a sequel, but it also completely different from the first game. Everything is more mature and a little existentialist here with the Nobodies.

100

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories (7/10): Full transparency, I gave up on playing this game after the first hour or so because I hated the gameplay, so this is mainly rating how much I enjoyed the story. It was fine overall. Interesting idea, but I like KH1's story more overall.

100

My rankings of the worlds goes something like this:

100

The story was a really fun ride and Sora is a great protagonist. Getting to visit all these different Disney worlds just makes the game feel special in a way I don't know how to really describe, even though I didn't even grow up with any of these
