Just a quick selfie before locking the valuables locker I'd just left my phone in, at a Saunapark in Germany. Note the typical long towel over the shoulder. #naturist #sauna #saunapark #saunalandschaft #textilfrei #bodyacceptance #bodypositive #unlearnshame #nonsexualnudity

The cold season is upon us, and with it sauna season. The German way, i.e. textile-free, of course. #naturist #sauna #textilfrei #bodyacceptance #bodypositive #unlearnshame #nonsexualnudity

Somewhere on Lac St Jean QC, June 2022. Main difference with Swiss lakesides is the massive application of mosquito repellent needed. 😱 #maringouinascendantvampire #naturist #nuderecreation #nudebeach #skinnydipping #bodyacceptance #bodypositive #unlearnshame #nonsexualnudity

[Can't remember where I found this, but it does make a point about nudity as a cure for male aggressive behaviour... 😎😉 ]

Quiet late summer afternoon back in 2021, when the lakes overflowed, flooding the beaches. Selfies taken using 10-second delay. The arty backlit effect was purely accidental. 🤩😎 #naturist #nudebeach #nudeportrait #bodyacceptance #nudeselfies

Works from another "drink & draw" life drawing session I posed at back in October 2025. Including very impressive clay modeling from one artist, given the relatively short time available. #bodyacceptance #lifedrawing #nudeart #nudeportrait

My AuDHD includes issues with proprioception and body dysmorphia. Nude selfies Lots of them Every angle Many places Plenty of poses Dump most of them Keep the ones you like Repeat Again Again Again Until it clicked This body is mine And I own it For better or worse 😊 #nudeselfies #bodyacceptance

July 2020. In the sheer boredom of covid restrictions, going to the beach was still possible here. Realising the sunset light was flattering, I took a few nude-with-facemask selfie for a laugh. That was just the beginning. #naturist #nudebeach ##bodyacceptance #nudeportrait

A decisive step of my journey to body acceptance, one year ago : posing as a nude life model locally. Very positive, welcoming and validating attitude from everyone involved. Seeing oneself through the eyes of others is great too. 😊 #bodyacceptance #lifedrawing

My first nude photo session dilemma. In her recommendations, the photographer had mentioned no tight clothing. A bathrobe would have been ideal, but there were a few minutes walk to the car, and then from the car to the studio. This was the solution.
