Sunday funday? I get the scaries on Sundays. Lately I’m meditating, breathing and writing through them. These days put a fine point on, “May you live in interesting times.” Kinda like a hat on a hat…. Blue skies smiling at me-drink your water, take a walk and enjoy your day.
