It’s been a minute since I posted here so here’s some deep 1am writing I literally just did and didn’t realize how deep till rereading it. Uhhh… I know I relate heavily to these words that are here but ya know. You’re not alone.

Had an amazing week with the amazing @velvetqueencos.bsky.social 💙Learned to make my very first character cosplay and already know how to make it even better. Now at the airport and saying goodbye to such a fun week. New projects in mind and a new passion unlocked… thanks bestie ❤️ #voltron

So when I latch on to a character… y’all better fear for that character tbh. One character I’ve related to far too much, and have been writing is going through literal hell right now because I just adore them so much and want to develop their character 🙃 Writing fanfic… lovely

April SMP: The Maze will be launching the 17th at 12pm EDT! I’m super duper excited for this little SMP, the laughs, the giggles and chaos. It’s going to be amazing. The SMP will run till May 17th I got around 24 people lined up for this… so who knows what’ll happen.

Went and touched grass to celebrate my bday today. Mother Rains dragged me out of town and I’ve genuinely loved this little day adventure to celebrate. I think this will be a new thing for me. Dragging myself and friends out for an adventure on my bdays.

@londons-antari.bsky.social I’m giggling so much. We’re just chatting how we have unanswered DMs from MONTHS AGO with certain mcyt friends and Antari just went straight for the heart 🤣 I love my friends

I just want to say such a massive thank you to the community for all the support these last couple streams! I am in… shock. I genuinely don’t even know how to fully express my gratitude. Chat ended off ABOVE the last goal with 80,672 points. WOW… just wow. Thank you so much 💙

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 23/03/2026

The B-Day stream continues in about two hours!!! Nearly every goal was hit yesterday, and after calculating points again, chat actually ended at 64,370 points! 65k - April SMP theme revealed 75k - Hardcore for a year And if y’all reach that- looks like new goals on the fly!

041

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 23/03/2026

Part one of two for the bday stream complete! Chat is left at 64,170 points to start off tomorrow. At 65k I'll reveal April SMP 2 themeing. At 75k we begin the challenge goal which is MC hardcore for a full year! Then I have scheduling with @zadekirian.bsky.social for some duo streams...

Didn’t expect this to get attention tbh- uhhhh the bike pictured isn’t mine. It’s a friends who has been taking me out as a backpack so I can get more accustomed to not being in a car and such. Along with leaning and the feel overall. My bike is in a garage right now till I’m ready.

020

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

If y’all are curious why I haven’t been as active recently, I’m being dragged out XD On a similar note… I own a motorcycle now and have my motorcycle safety course upcoming. I have all my safety gear ready to go now too. Hehehe 🤭

Zade has learned a new lesson: Do not call the Appy bluff when the Appy is in gremlin mode. Now he has been dragged over to my place at nearly midnight XD

030

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

Chat. I fear I may already have the mindset of a motorcyclist 😂 Was feeling down, texted a friend. He tells me, “put on your helmet” (I got it last week for reference). I call him insane but do it anyway. Tell me why it worked? Why did that cheer me up? What is happening? 🤣

020

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 08/02/2026

All I’m saying. Y’all know who you are, and I appreciate every. Single. One. Of. You. Seriously. ❤️

031

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

Do late night Appy cuddles come with severe consequences such as gremlin energy randomly surging? Yes- yes they do. Ask Zade ☺️

This was… so emotional omg. Zade and I were sitting there on the verge of tears. Such a happy ending but OMG! This game… if yall ever want a good D&D inspired story where you’re like an NPC visual novel. Check Tavern Talk out.

It’s official. Ruins SMP will be closing its gates in May. A date will be announced closer to the time. Many cast members are just starting on their story, I’ll be trying to keep up with pushing them all as they come. Some stories are well into motion. Intertwining. Keep watching.

After a very rough week of TRYING to gain motivation to edit, write, record… etc. I finally completed episode four. I can’t express how difficult it has been. While I didn’t show it, the lack of motivation has been very strong with depression so I’m proud to finish one. Episode 5 is in progress

163

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 26/01/2026

Can I just express that IF I could draw the amount of scenes in my upcoming episodes that would have a little animatic is insane… the curse I carry is heavy smh. /j I do wish I could afford it but it’s just impossible. Time is not on my side nor is money and I can only wish..

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 24/01/2026

Just spent over 9 hours editing my episode 4, recording the last interaction of said episode, writing and assisting with building on the server and some more writing… my body hurts from sitting all day. WHOOPS. Anywho, I go crash now o7

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 20/01/2026

The bday stream is coming together yippeeeee! All goals have been set with their respective point amounts and we will be using the same point system as last year! Plus decided to add follows in for fun. Definitely more of a challenge to get to the goals this year but hehe I’m very excited!

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 13/01/2026

So I’ve been inducted into the “Hynerds” which is my group of friends as we all play Hytale and I’m giggling so much. Today’s stream was awesome! I’m very excited to continue learning this game and the mechanics!

Happy New Years everyone!!! Thank you for all the amazing support I’ve received within 2025, and I’m SO EXCITED for 2026 as a year of content. I was planning on sharing goals like I have every other year but I have decided against this choice. I want to work on them without pressure so… to 2026.

040

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 30/12/2025

How this second half of the year has gone… definitely not planned but we roll with the punches, right?

AprilRains @april-rains.bsky.social · 29/12/2025

I’ll be live in about an hour to discuss what happened in this video! Lot of stuff shifted through recording sessions and all, and I really want to deep dive these videos with you all. So don’t miss it!

I was thinking about what gifts people used to give to readers (besides gift editions of famous poets' work and illustrated histories of wars and such), and while I was thinking about it, somebody brought a book to the counter.... (1/10)

A book bound in red cloth with gilt titles and decoration, turned so you can see the ragged cutting on the right edges of the pages

Finally got to speak with my parents about my decision to try going full time into content creation. They’re both willing to support as long as I hold a job until the income truly starts coming in. 2026 is gonna be a big year to learn all the little things I’ve missed so far.

Every time without fail- this is what happens when I decide to write. I hate sitting at a desk (to write) so usually I work on my bed and Arlo- without fail must receive his cuddles. (Also sorry, secret project writing 😉 Can’t show you.)
