I just looked at the NYT website for the first time in a while and omg what did they do to their design?! 🫥
The typographical contrast of headlines and slugs is so weak and all | these | lines | everywhere. Maybe it looks weird because all the ads are blocked, but it just has no heft anymore. 👎🏾
