Residents of Gary, WV filed a federal lawsuit against Taishan Resources and its affiliate Taishan Coal LLC, which claims that Taishan is responsible for contaminating Gary’s sole water supply through its surface mine, which is on the same property as the city’s wellhouse. loom.ly/Z0ba4ag
