It's crazy bc pre COVID I felt so powerful. With just a couple years experience, I was getting multiple offers. Now it's an absolute wasteland But also ayyyyy it's rare to see another embedded sufferer out in the wild! I have no one to vent to about all the ISR related nonsense I run into 😭😭

It sucks out here. I got to the the final round of interviews for 3 positions only to be beaten out by another candidate or for the position to get cancelled 🙄 almost 10 years of experience with real time embedded systems and still can't land anything
