Wife's Bedroom v1.5 + Steam Release is almost ready to go, current plan is to release it this Friday (Oct 16) I'm doing some last minute playtesting & bug fixes just to make sure everything is working, as well as making an updated custom character guide

side note: wife's bedroom has been fully approved for release on steam so i'm going to release it once i finish up content for the new update and am happy with where the game is, currently aiming for october 9th (next friday)

missionary is just a hybrid of mating press + deepthroat so you don't have to make new sprites if you already have those, and forward cowgirl just requires a new sprite for the partner i've also added in ear variations for random lovers so some will have earrings and whatnot

added two new positions: missionary and forward cowgirl

i know most people only care about the rare/custom lovers, just wanted to add a little more variety since they haven't been updated in a while and i'm personally a little tired of seeing the same outfits over and over

i've been doing a lot of backend stuff like making sure the steam workshop is functional and writing an updated steam guide on how to make custom characters i've been juggling a lot of stuff recently but still making progress, currently planning on an early october release

update on the Wife's Bedroom steam release, valve has rejected the steam page twice due to the capsule images being too mature so having the game approved is taking longer than expected this was the updated cover art, which unfortunately i have to scrap for something more modest

haven't implemented this for custom characters yet but this will be available by including additional sprite sheets for the eyes and mouth, characters without them will still work so it's backwards compatible

al pal sex dlc @aplovensfw.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

updated the portraits so that the eyes and mouth are more dynamic, the eyes can close and the mouth moves when speaking/moaning

if the workshop is even like 10% as active as the modding discord server was i think putting the game on steam will be worth it, i might make some more examples to populate it a bit

not sure if this is too spicy for steam, i might have to make some changes like putting ms. wife in a nightgown or a bathrobe currently trying to psyche myself up to actually pay the fee for the steam page... i need to stop second guessing myself and just go for it

1171

al pal sex dlc @aplovensfw.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

and i want to make more custom characters.... i want to draw the AGGRO gals... urgh.... i need to lock in

2110

al pal sex dlc @aplovensfw.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

i've also been thinking about a smaller penis option for characters that don't have a huge mega dong which doesn't create a stomach bulge, as well as a "limited" dialogue option which gives the default lovers a more neutral tone and don't address uninvolved individuals

1100

al pal sex dlc @aplovensfw.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

i've been considering more custom character flexibility, like an "extended faces" asset which separates the eyes and mouth from the normal portrait sprite to allow for more facial expressions and maybe mouth movement when talking

i've added mesmer (from mesmalie) and her bedroom to the custom templates & examples folder on itch for those interested idk if people are still playing WB but i have been reconsidering putting it on steam recently, def would be easier to share characters with a workshop

"ermm where are the heads" it's just practice, didn't feel like putting anything there still thinking about making another 3D game at some point when i have more free time, possibly a sequel to IBA or maybe something similar to PTT/WB
