I have written to 5 @coe.int governments (Austria, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Netherlands) asking them to ground their plans for ‘return hubs’ in international human rights law and proposing 4 human rights guardrails before any joint initiatives move forward. ⬇️ www.coe.int/en/web/commi...
