This is Spinach at my daughter’s house, the day she died a month ago! She succumbed to cancer. She was the best dog ever. Her death still brings me to tears! I miss her so much! I haven’t dealt with it very well!

Went out the wrong door at Dartmouth-Hitchcock! No worries. I’m up to 5 miles a day at home. According to the marker around the Medical Center, I have gone 1.5 miles with hills. Fast breather, then back on the trail. But this hair is definitely going in a pony tail! Yeehaw!

Spinach, an immigrant Dog indigenous to the Phuquoc Island off the coast of Vietnam, sitting on the peak of Dog Mountain in Vermont! It is her absolute favorite place in the whole world and she has hiked mountains, deserts and beaches from California to Maine since coming to the USA 11 years ago!

Hello Niall, welcome! This is Spinach. She’s a Phuquoc, indigenous to the Phuquoc Island of Vietnam. My daughter brought her to the US from Vietnam 10 years ago. Rescued her from a Meat Market actually. She is my service dog and smarter than a lot of people! I love her dearly! Glad you are here!
