When I played Eve Online in the mid-late 2000s, the Russian corps were renowned for using offline cheating methods to gain an advantage in PvP. They were playing to make real money for online play, something that was entirely banned. If only there was an early sign that they can't be trusted.

The problem is that, even without either of the Houses, the President can still exercise foreign policy unimpeded. He will struggle to pass domestic legislation but can more or less do what he likes overseas.

I'm fortunate that I haven't witnessed it, mainly from not hanging out in awful places online. I did spot one on Facebook early in the year and reported it. Amazingly, Facebook mods actually took some action. I think it's the only time they've actually done something, in my experience!
