Yep, had that happen pretty early on to a Switch Lite. Then had it happen to a launch model Switch like last year. For both of them, the recalibration ended up working, but I’m pretty sure I had to do it at least two or three times on one of them for it to take.

I recommend the Hario Immersion Dripper. It can be used as a pour over, but there's a switch that will let the coffee steep w filter instead of dripping through. Kinda like a French press + paper filter, but easier to use. www.hario-usa.com/products/swi... Sold out there, but available on Amazon.

Many Nintendo Switch games handle similar issue in a graceful way. The ABXY buttons (when using both joycons etc) are automapped to different / rotated set of 4 buttons if using a single rotated joycon. So, the button icon always shows the group of 4 buttons with the right one highlighted.

Ugh, tricky, since so many games have been teaching us to hold toward wall to stick. Maybe some sort of visual affordance (like a glue blob) would help, to reinforce that the sticking will keep happening automatically?

Adding something I haven’t seen mentioned so far… if you separate the drippings into the fat part vs broth part (can buy a cheap fat separator measuring cup thing), you can use that separated fat instead of butter (1 tbsp of each is equivalent), also can add butter if needed.

+1 to iMovie. It’s free, interface is pretty intuitive, overall works well. I’m sure a pro would have complaints, but to an editing novice making something simple it’s probably a good choice.
