iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

i think i would be in a much much worse situation right now if i had watched xyz ep31-48 this is my copium

000

greninja withdrawal so bad i went to miniso on a whim just to get any greninja stuff i could find there found my goat one now i will spend the night yearning for the alternate universe where greninja's now chilling with ash in the prof oak lab garden

000

while sun and mon is super fun as well i think i will keep having this silent hatred toward the anime prod direction after xyz

111

already on ep13 of sun and moon and learning there's z moves where trainer and their mon "become one" when battling,,, so its like the bond phenomenon rebrand? why they hate greninja so much i cant stop feeling hurt for my goat

000

when i woke up and the first ever thing my braincell thought as soon as im conscious of being a conceivable creature was ash greninja and the dogsh/t xyz ending..ive genuinely never felt this brokenhearted in godknows how many years

000

i genuinely think xy is the most solid series if without that unneeded farewell bs and reading this one possibility which we could only imagine now hurts me even more 😔😔😔

000

almost 3am here and cant sleep thinking about ash greninja that i chose to not see its final moment with ash,, reading redd/t post and commentary on youtube trying to find justification for this bs plot and found out most ppl also have the same sentiment more or less

000

they(writers) made me insanely attached to greninja then they ditched greninja from being ash's pokemon by making him release greninja into the wild forever and i was supposed to be okay with that???? a plot writing i highly disagree

100

just want to relive hawlucha with noibat/noivern moment bc looking at them in ep28 when noibat is already evolved into noivern and them protecting bonnie from the blizzard makes me genuinely emo bc look at little noibat when it was just hatched from the egg and saw hawlucha as a big bro🥺😭

010

safe to say that now i am entering the sun and moon era :'>

000

i actually have read the farewell spoiler long ago before i even started xy series so i thought i could eventually get over with that specific farewell ep but reading the reason over and over again esp after i got this insane attachment to greninja, i knew it'll never acceptable to me😂

100

ep28 definitely did something to my brain bc i've never seen ash this frustrated in prev seasons, and he was like this bc of the bond phenomenon btwn him and greninja which is absolutely understandable but also HES A FREAKING 10YO BOY HAVING THIS MUCH PRESSURE???

000

LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN THIS AURA-PACKED GRENINJA WAS JUST A LITTLE BABY FROAKIE 124 EPISODES AGO DON'T DO THIS TO ME

000

after xyz ep28 i am 100% sure i wont be finishing the season till the last episode, episode 30 done and i called it a day i cried a lot A LOT over this ep then immediately know i wont have the mental capacity to see their farewell, it'll be a bad core memory so i just chose to avoid it(im a coward)

000

i never even look up which episode it is just trusting the plot isn't going to go whichever way it's supposed to be (which ain't gonna happen) im hurting for me for the upcoming time i witness that scene irl

000

a kermit the frog is sitting on a ledge with his arms outstretched

enjoying xyz too much and getting carried away then suddenly remembering,,, im gettin even even closer to that greninja spoiler episode

media.tenor.com

ALT: a kermit the frog is sitting on a ledge with his arms outstretched

000

clemont is so special to me i feel he's just as special as brock even though clemont practically is just in xy series he's a super likeable chara and i like his iconic catchphrase "THE FUTURE IS NOW THANKS TO SCIENCEEEEE" A LOTTT

000

just another totally normal day crying over clemont focused episode

000

the way serena's eevee evolved into sylveon (which is my goat too).... beautiful a true literal beauty

000

mega audino is MAJESTIC btw

101

actually sobbing rn cause im getting even near to that greninja spoiler dont do this to me

000

THIS ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT OF AURA ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????????????

000

HOLY TUFFFFFFF ASH'S FROGADIER FINALLY EVOLVED INTO GRENINJA MY GOAT

000

i think at this point either i will be very ugly sobbing or i won't shed a tear at all out of disappoinment with the plot writing

000

now that i'm done with advanced series i have to go back to resuming xy series final season which is xyz which is the season where i will be witnessing the greninja spoiler for real which is the one thing i will never be ready for

100

playful aipom also highlighted battle frontier for me 🥹🥹

000

but compared to black & white series i think b&w was slightly worse only because the team rocket trio lost their personality and so destructive, though they're kinda back in unova and beyond, and also fully come back in xy series, seeing them like that in the first two seasons of b&w was just not it

000

maybe because ive already finished diamond pearl series prior to advanced series, this farewell didn't feel tearful to me, but even if i haven't watched diamond pearl i think it would still feel the same bc i just got attached to this series in battle frontier, overall it's still a memorable one

000

tracey appreciation post ^_^

000

also one of the most fun episodes in advanced series 🥺🥺

000

they're so precious the most precious babys

000

another core memory of battle frontier is when pikachu and bulbasaur and squirtle and charizard reunited LOOK AT BULBA STANDS SO PRECIOUS MY LITTLE GARLIC TOAD BABYYYYY😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

000

shout out to sweet baby james episode literally the sweetest ever🥺🥺 james and his mons and his pure love for his mons and his mons pure love for him are the most precious 🥺🫶

100

ash coming back home and reuniting with his mons at almost the end of every anipoke series will always be my fave genre

000

i had no idea that ash's grovyle evolved into sceptile out of LOVE for meganium but sceptile was left brokenhearted in that episode and it still continued to later ep💔💔😭 that brokenhearted sceptile ep was actually the only ep that made me cry out of the 4 seasons in the series
