Last year, the SFPD cleared just 14% of its rape cases. Our investigation into how the SFPD handles rape cases revealed the department is pursuing fewer cases than it has in years. Meanwhile the investigation into sex crime allegations tied to Michael “Mickey” Gerold drags on: bit.ly/3TOXUrb 🧵⬇️
