In 1993 at 18 I registered to vote as an Independent because I already recognized that the Republican party was the bully and the Democratic party was the willing recipient of the aggressive behavior. 30+yrs later you've adopted the diminutive and derogatory title 'Democrat' bestowed by the bully.
