Friend sent me a meme that's been going around and I recreated it in better resolution with my own vintage Little People. It's these small joys that keep me sane. #fisherprice #antimaga
Set of 5 vintage Fisher-Price Little People figures with the angry boy figure on the end frowning and wearing a red baseball cap. The other 4 figures are smiling.
Caption above the figures reads, "Even Fisher-Price knew those red hat wearing types were dicks"

I bought a Dyson cordless stick vac. Most expensive vacuum I've ever bought and it has never worked. First they had me take it apart and clean it. Then they replaced the head that runs on the floor. Today after my 3rd call to support, they are replacing the motor. Worst vacuum EVER. Hope this works

During the recent WI DNR spring survey, respondents were able to weigh in on the proposal to change the state insect from the (non-native) honeybee to the Hines Emerald dragonfly. 3425 voted yes & 826 voted no. It now moves on for voting by county representatives, but we're on our way! #dragonfly

The Wisconsin Dragonfly Society is leading efforts to install the Hine's Emerald dragonfly as our state insect! Vote in the DNR Spring Questionnaire on this incentive April 13-18. #WDS #dragonfly #WIDragonflySociety #odonate
Meet the Hine's Emerald dragonfly. It is rare. Some bogs in Door County are the best places to find it. Do you support the Hine's Emerald becoming Wisconsin's state insect? This question is for you to answer on the DNR Spring Questionnaire but only from April 13 to 15. Some reasons to support selection of the Hine's Emerald as our state insect:
- The Hine's Emerald depends on healthy bogs, which are a cherished feature of Wisconsin's natural landscape.
- Like other dragonflies, its nymphys and adults prey upon mosquitoes, etc.
- The Hine's Emerald is the only federally endangered dragonfly.
- The Hine's Emerald is found only in a handful of states with the most sizeable and significant population in Door County.
- Its thorax is prominently marked with Green and Gold!
