Have seen boxes where it's plainly clear that the eggs are smashed *without* needing to open them! Aldi seems to be the worst for damaged goods on the shelves - I've even heard the staff commenting on it.

We need to address the issue of "waste" (sic) heat. Heat is only wasted when you don't put it to good use Most of process heat is used to heat things up, which then need to be cooled down again at the end of the process. Need to find ways to reuse or recycle that heat - so that it isn't wasted.
