On that note here is my super scary close finish from fast fusion yesterday. I ran out of boost and luck, then comet came down on the finish line. Somehow I won.

People always make it look like they get forced to do everything coming up. I was really looking forward to everything this weekend, but reading all of this nonsense makes me feel bummed.

We literally have one of the coolest weeks for gaming ever in hour hands right now with a console launch + huge drops of news for a massive number of games and people rather shit on it. I'm sorry, this is so horrible?! Is it so important to complain about everything? Why not just enjoy?

Monaco GP has to be the worst race track to be relevant today. It's so unpractical to drive modern day race cars on. You'll get stuck everywhere. I hate no other track this much.

There are more games like these currently in development to a certain state. I mentioned ASUKA the Ascend before, also Forza Horizon 6 (while not confirmed yet) seems to be in japan this time for real. There are also smaller games aiming for oldschool content like DRIVE or "Old School" Rally.

2025 is an incredible year for the return of oldschool styled racing games and maybe one of the strongest for an entire decade. I can't stress enough how important this will become for the genre.

Is it just me or are there much more games with a japanese setting releasing over the course of now until the end 2026? I mean in one of my spaces, the racing game stuff, already released Tokyo Xtreme Racer, JDM Drift will ich arrive next week, Night Runners will release soon, Touge Attack in alpha
