As they left, the officer who pulled us over said, “We’re not like what you see on TV.” That genuinely bothered me. We weren’t going fast enough to be driving “erratically”, and more importantly, why did they ask for our IDs instead of our insurance and registration?

At that point, 4 ice agents showed up out of the blue looking at us suspiciously. Upon returning our ID’s they asked me whose truck we were driving. I responded with my boss’s name and company. After some “tense” back and forth, they finally left.
