I can relate. I get annoyed when people tell me it's an hour drive to someplace. On foot that's 60 miles or about 2 days. It's a privilege to have a polluting death machine not a requirement but it is treated as a requirement. Back to yours... I grow extra food for those that can't but it's limited.

I don't like corporations and I like conglomerates even less. One such conglomerate that is notoriously bad is Yum! Brands which includes KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. Boycotting these would benefit exploited workers everywhere but I know it is tough to stop with the convenient, China comfort foods
