Being my age (39) is entertaining because I remember sitting there in my dorm room wondering about my lifelong partner. Wondering who I would fall in love with and how. For what it’s worth, I got married way too young and it didn’t go well, then I finally met someone I would love forever, at 32.

I hate these nightmares, especially when they wake me up at 6:30am purely from how fucked up they are. I wake up, completely unsure of where I am and who is in the bed with me. Sometimes I think the person sleeping next to me is someone that is literally impossible and it takes me a bit to come to.
