For 13 Miles, “Cora” had blue in her wardrobe and “Trevor” had orange. “Zac” was yellow. You’d notice their bikes and triathlon outfits kept to this visual style. There are a few exceptions but that was the chosen and deliberate pallet. Colour consistency ties the movie together.
