Physical symptoms are mentally exhausting. I don't even have anyone I can discuss them with. My GI doc stopped seeing outpatients*, and all my testing was negative. It's so frustrating. *Genuinely happy for him, though

After a 12 day service stretch immediately followed by an out-of-state soccer tournament, I am home and have the day off with zero obligations to anyone. Even though (after a lovely outdoors breakfast) I will spend the day catching up on notes, it's a rare actual holiday.
