It is our responsibility as GI doctors to directly inform patients who are found to have advanced adenomas: ✅Future surveillance should occur at no > 5y intervals ✅Children? If so, should be screened starting at age 40! I always ☎️ patients to tell them verbally!🗣️ #GISky #Gastrosky
