You will be able to play online with friends via Steam remote play. I have an experimental branch for Steam multiplayer but that was originally out of scope for my game. However, story mode is going a lot smoother than I had anticipated so I might have time to roll it in before release.

I also recommend Texture Packer. Very easy to use tool and the plugin with godot should get you going pretty quickly.

A 2D multilayer online game that was very unforgiving. You could PVP anywhere with zero level restriction. Only the banks were safe. In a fantasy setting similar to RuneScape but a bit more “serious”.

Very well written. I too had several [terrible] websites hoping they’d stay up long enough for a random person to stumble across. What about the multitudes of text based multiplayer games that used to exist out there? Did anyone else also adopt an alien and battle other aliens with it?
